Our Story

Born from the Industry We Serve

Second Stage was founded by a team with over 75 years of combined experience in games and media — from major publishers like Capcom and Codemasters to global agencies like Starcom and Publicis.

We've supported series like Resident Evil and Total War, worked with indie studios and game festivals, and seen firsthand how difficult it is to measure game marketing effectively. Traditional analytics tools weren't built for the way players discover games — through ads, influencers, storefronts, and word of mouth.

So we built something better. Our flagship platform, TRACKS, gives studios full-funnel visibility across every channel and storefront — from the first ad impression to long-term player retention. Beyond TRACKS, we're building a suite of platforms and tools — including Gateway for market research and competitive intelligence, and ReadySet.gg for high-converting game landing pages — all designed to help market games of all sizes. Today we support publishers and developers around the world, from our home in Berlin with a team spread across the globe.
